I
believe this picture represents my community beause every where i walk i see trash and nasty. streets I believe that its the people in the community that make it look like it this. It's sad to have to walk down the street and have to watch out for random stuff on the grounds that shouldnt be on the ground.
YES TRUE THE RESIDENTS DONT KNOW HOW TO MANTAIN THEIR COMMUNITY BCUS THEY DONT CARE.
